So I’ve got a new watch from Genetics. Its my first real watch and still getting used to it.
The advantage with this watch – its my train ticket! Also, electronic cash quite cool and stylish too.
Sounds Tasty!
This was from the “Style 2 Restaurant”, a local haunt around the corner from my place.
I like it! I didn’t have the naked pig, but i had “cheese chicken” (which came with soup) for only HK$48.
Carven had the Steak and quoted it as being “worth the money paid for” – in other words, “good”
Confirmed – this place will be a regular haunt!
After arguging about which Bah Kut Teh is better – Klang (Malaysian) or Singaporean (the malaysian is much better by far), the Singaporeans decided we’dhave different sort of meal and went for Frog Leg Congee:
We ordered a few dishes – mostly a spicy frog leg, not spicy frog leg, congee, “tiger” ribs (pork ribs in cooked in sauce which has tiger beer) as well as some tofu and venison.
The final product – frog leg congee, the food was good and for sure i’ll have it again!
The “Tiger” ribs were great, shame there wasn’t more coz I could’ve kept eating them all night
Locals call the trams “din din” (å®å®), because funnily enough – thats the noise the bell makes!
Apparently HK even has Mister Whippe (Softee).
This suss looking dude was sitting outside Tin Hau station preying on school kids for icecream.
Interesting name though, and you guessed it – greenselves was playing too!
After not much time at all (< 48 hours) I’ve organised a place!
Deposit has been paid, getting keys tomorrow with signing of full rental agreement.
Then, its rent free till 1st march – quite convenient.
Horray!
