Got a call from tech support, but instead of them calling and asking me a question, they transferred a call through to me. They said it was an accident, but the customer was aware and the notes on the account suggested that the agent knew he was transfering a call. Bastard.
Followed by Telstra DSL outage at 1am.
FTP failing on one of our web servers sometime around 3.
Restoring the DSL customers between 4:30 – 5:45.
6:15 one of our peers went down. Got a call back from them at 6:45.
Came back at 7am.
There goes my night.
